At VelvetBloom, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read the following information carefully so you know what to expect.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We ship worldwide, including Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Europe.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
VelvetBloom is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
If you are unsure about potential customs charges in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking information for any updates or delivery attempt notices
- Check with neighbours or household members in case the parcel was left with them
- Contact your local post office or delivery carrier with your tracking number

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. VelvetBloom is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at @hp10ne1979@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.
